[Nerd VS Arino]

WOOHOO!

(This is a copy/paste of another review I made for a submission identical to this one, but I guess was deleted for some reason. The submission, not the review)

This is the last place i'd expect to see AVGN. It's funny, now I spend all my time on Cinemassacre.com but when I was a kid I would spend my whole fucking day everyday on newgrounds...it's like my childhood online colliding with my teenaged...hood. This is what it's like when world's collide...anyway, This is beautifully detailed, shaded, drawn, photoshopped, painted, etcetera, whatever. Nice job capturing James' looks along with exclamating his signature nerd frown without making it look cartoonish. I'm bowing down and my balls are clapping. This is 100x better than the crap uploaded daily to deviantART. One small step for art, and one large step for nerdkind.

Nice, reminds me quite a bit of Max Payne.

When darkness fell, New York City became something else, any old Sinatra song notwithstanding. Bad things happened on the streets of that other city...Noir York City.

funny you say that because when I drew this I was thinking MAX PAYNE but i never rlly ended up finishing him and I thought it was way to sin city for people and they wouldn't notice it was max payne, and i have this picture up on other sites and my friends have seen it, but so far you are the first to say it's max payne... so thank you for your comment.
